Where this cup comes from
In the mountain municipality of Planadas, in Colombia’s Tolima region, a small group of growers came together in 2003 to pool decades of shared knowledge. Their farms climb the lush foothills of the Cordillera Central, where washed, sun-dried coffee develops a rounded, complex cup — dark chocolate deepened by mango and peach.
